THE ROTTED, MALEFICE, ANTERIOR To Team Up For 'The Metal Blade Assault' Tour

January 16, 2009

Three of Metal Blade Records' British acts — THE ROTTED, MALEFICE and ANTERIOR — will team up for "The Metal Blade Assault" tour of the U.K. and Ireland in April.

THE ROTTED's Ben McCrow is looking forward to a eclectic mix of British talent. "Anyone who's been to see us recently will have worked out we're a fan of pretty diverse bills, so while all the bands on this tour are at the HEAVY AS FUCK end of the metal spectrum, we each have a different sound and vibe so you won't see the same shit repeated three times in a row," he said. "Just three Metal Blade bands, all British, on the road together, showing the U.K. there's still an abundance of homegrown talent with some bollocks!"
